Speaking & Workplace Programs

Practical, engaging conversations that help people think differently about pressure, performance, personal responsibility and change.
Most workplaces do not need another generic presentation filled with information their people will forget by the following week.
They need relevant conversations that connect what employees know with how they actually think, respond and behave—especially under pressure.
I bring more than 20 years of industrial EMS and entrepreneurial experience together with training in transformational coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP, herbalism and practical health education.
The result is a grounded approach to workplace well-being and performance that respects both the realities of business and the human beings doing the work.
Currently accepting inquiries for engagements beginning in March 2027.

Speaking topics and workplace conversations
Every presentation or program can be adapted to the organization and audience. Potential topics include:
From Survival Mode to Personal Agency
How prolonged pressure can affect our patterns, choices and sense of control—and what it means to become an active participant in our lives again.
The Hidden Cost of High-Functioning Burnout
Burnout does not always look like someone who cannot function. Sometimes it looks like the employee, leader or business owner who continues performing while gradually losing their health, energy and connection with life outside work.
Communication Under Pressure
How stress, assumptions and automatic patterns influence workplace communication—and how greater awareness can reduce unnecessary conflict and improve decision-making.
Sustainable Energy, Focus and Performance
Practical education around sleep, daily habits, environment and personal routines that can support energy and performance without relying on extreme or unrealistic wellness plans.
Confidence and Leadership in Male-Dominated Industries
An honest conversation about resilience, credibility, boundaries and leadership drawn from more than two decades of working and building a business in a heavily male-dominated industry.
Knowledge Is Not the Same as Change
Why people can understand exactly what they should do and still struggle to do it—and how subconscious patterns, environment and accountability influence behaviour.
Available formats
Speaking and workplace support may be delivered through:
- Keynotes and guest speaking
- Lunch-and-learn presentations
- Half-day or full-day workshops
- Leadership and team-development sessions
- Small-group coaching

Programs can be created for businesses, professional associations, conferences, women’s groups and teams working in demanding or high-pressure environments.
Experience that extends beyond the stage
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years working in industrial EMS and building a company in a demanding, heavily male-dominated industry.
I grew that business from the ground up to nearly $1 million in annual revenue without relying on a line of credit.
That experience taught me about leadership, responsibility, crisis response, difficult conversations and what prolonged survival mode can cost—even when everything appears successful from the outside.
I have also worked as a Red Cross First Aid Instructor, giving me experience translating important information into practical instruction for people with different learning styles and levels of experience.
I do not speak about pressure and resilience entirely from theory. I have lived both the performance and the cost.
Customized for the people in the room
A construction company, healthcare team, professional association and women’s leadership group do not need the same presentation.
Before recommending a topic or format, I want to understand:
- Who will be in the room
- What pressures they are currently navigating
- What the organization wants people to understand or do differently
- Whether the need is best served by a talk, workshop or longer program
- What would make the experience practically useful after the event ends
The goal is not to deliver temporary motivation.
The goal is to create insight people can recognize in themselves and practical ideas they can carry back into their work and lives.
Bring a more useful conversation into your workplace
I am currently developing my speaking and workplace-program calendar for engagements beginning in March 2027.
In-person availability will initially focus on Red Deer, Central Alberta and surrounding communities, with virtual delivery and travel considered for the right engagement.
Contact me to discuss your organization, audience and the outcome you would like to create.

Speaking and workplace programs provide coaching and general education. They are not medical treatment, mental-health treatment or individualized healthcare advice.
You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. You need to understand what is keeping you stuck—and begin changing the right things in the right order.
My first founding group program will open in late February 2027. Join the waitlist for early access, program details and founding-member pricing.
